''Everyday'' is the first live praise and worship album by Hillsong United. Following the success of the EP ''One'', the album was recorded at the 1999 Hillsong Conference and released later that year. In 2000 the album was certified gold by Australian Recording Industry Association for shipment of 35000 units. Reception In April 2000 Tim Roberts of ''Cross Rhythms'' rated the album as 10 out of 10 and felt it provided "quality songs, first class musicianship and an exemplary live recording, but above all it draws you into the presence of God". Contemporary Christian music, also known as CCM, Christian pop, and occasionally inspirational music is a genre of modern popular music, and an aspect of Christian media, which is lyrically focused on matters related to the Christian faith and stylistically rooted in Christian music. Hillsong Music is Christian music produced by Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia as well as offshoot churches, Hillsong London, and Hillsong Church Kiev, Hillsong Kiev. Darlene Joyce Zschech (; née Steinhardt on 8 September 1965) is an Australian Pentecostal Christian worship leader and singer-songwriter who primarily writes praise and worship songs. Described as a pioneer of the modern worship movement, she is the former worship pastor of Hillsong Church and currently a member of Compassionart, a charity founded by Martin Smith. Joel Timothy Houston (born 19 September 1979) is an Australian musician, songwriter, pastor, and leader in the Sydney-based band Hillsong United, a worship band of Hillsong Church. He was co-pastor at Hillsong NYC between 2010 and 2017. He is the head of the Christian worship band Hillsong United, for which he sings, plays guitar, and writes songs. Martin W "Marty" Sampson (born 31 May 1979) is an Australian singer-songwriter, musician and former worship leader at the Hillsong Church in Sydney. From the late 1990s until 2019 he featured on the United Live albums and was one of the original Hillsong United band's worship leaders.
