Everett Nunatak () is a massive rock nunatak standing just northeast of the Roberts Massif, at the southwest side of Zaneveld Glacier. Nunatak
A nunatak (from Inuit ''nunataq'') is the summit or ridge of a mountain that protrudes from an ice field or glacier that otherwise covers most of the mountain or ridge. They are also called glacial islands. Examples are natural pyramidal peaks. When rounded by glacial action, smaller rock promontories may be referred to as rognons. The word is of Greenlandic origin and has been used in English since the 1870s. Roberts Massif () is a remarkable snow-free massif at the head of Shackleton Glacier. It rises to over and is about in area. Discovery and naming Roberts Massif was visited by the Southern Party of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (NZGSAE) (1961–62), who named it for Athol Renouf Roberts (1911–1981), leader at Scott Base for 1961–62. Location Roberts Massif is to the south of the point where the Zaneveld Glacier converges from the east with the Shackleton Glacier from the west, opposite Dismal Buttress and Half Century Nunatak on the northwest side of the Shackleton Glacier. The Texas Tech Shackleton Glacier Expedition took place first from 1962/63 and then again from 1964/65. The expedition, led by F.
