Evening with Vladimir Solovyov (russian: Вечер с Владимиром Соловьёвым) is a Russian television talk show on Russia-1. The television show is hosted by Vladimir Solovyov, a controversial Russian television personality. Controversies In August 2017, the Russia-1 and RTR-Planeta television channels were criticized by the Lithuanian Radio and Television Commission for inciting war and hatred through a series of broadcasts on these channels. Vladimir Rudolfovich Solovyov (russian: Владимир Рудольфович Соловьёв, born October 20, 1963) is a Russian TV presenter and propagandist. He has been an anchor on the television show ''Evening with Vladimir Solovyov'' on Russia-1. In March 2022, Youtube blocked his channel "Solovyov Live". Since then, he was assigned the TV channel frequency of the news channel Euronews, which Moscow had banned from Russia. Early life and education Vladimir Solovyov was born into a Jewish family. RTR-Planeta is the international service of VGTRK, a state-owned broadcaster in Russia. It is available throughout the world via cable and satellite.
