Evan Young
Evan Andrew Young (born September 14, 1976) is an American lawyer who has served as a justice of the Supreme Court of Texas since 2021. Education and career Young graduated from Tom C. Clark High School in San Antonio, and then earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Duke University in 1999, where he graduated ''summa cum laude'' and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He was also selected as a Marshall Scholar, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Magdalen College, Oxford. He graduated from Yale Law School in 2004. Following law school, Young served as a law clerk to Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and Associate Justice Antonin Scalia of the Supreme Court of the United States. Neil McGill Gorsuch ( ; born August 29, 1967) is an American lawyer and judge who serves as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
