Evan Brophey
Evan Brophey (born December 3, 1986) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre. He played with the Chicago Blackhawks and the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League (NHL). Playing career Brophey was drafted 68th overall in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft by the Chicago Blackhawks. Prior to being drafted Brophey played in the Ontario Hockey League, drafted by the Barrie Colts in 37th overall in the priority selection of 2002. Evan also played for the Belleville Bulls and the Plymouth Whalers. He was also remembered for scoring the overtime game-winning goal against Saginaw to clinch the West Division title in 2005–06. On May 15, 2007, Brophey signed a three-year entry level contract with the Blackhawks. Iowa Stars
The Iowa Stars, later known as the Iowa Chops, were a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League. The club was based in Des Moines, Iowa at the Wells Fargo Arena. History The Stars were founded by Howard Baldwin, of Hockey Holdings & Management Group, and Dallas businessman Bob Schlegel, who took the dormant Louisville Panthers AHL franchise and resurrected it for the 2005–06 season as the Iowa Stars (the same name as an earlier team in 1969-70 in the Central Hockey League). Don Jackson (ice Hockey)
Donald Clinton Jackson (born September 2, 1956) is an American ice hockey coach and former professional ice hockey player who played 315 games in the National Hockey League between 1978 and 1987 and began his coaching career in 1988. Since May 2014, he has been serving as head coach of EHC Red Bull München in Germany. Playing career Jackson grew up playing ice hockey in Bloomington, Minnesota, for John F. Kennedy High School and earned a scholarship to attend and play for the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame. The Arizona Coyotes are a professional ice hockey team based in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
