Eva Carolina Arias Viñas (born April 1, 1985, in Moca, Espaillat, Moca) is a Dominican people (Dominican Republic), Dominican model (profession), model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Dominican Republic 2010 and represented her Dominican Republic, country in the 2010 Miss Universe 2010, Miss Universe pageant. Miss Dominican Republic Arias participated in the Miss Dominican Republic 2006 pageant, representing Espaillat Province, Espaillat, and she placed 1st Runner-Up to Mía Taveras of Santiago Province (Dominican Republic), Santiago and won the ''Best Fashion Look'' award. After the pageant, Arias left her country and went on to model in Italy and several other countries for four years. Mexicana Universal is a national beauty pageant in Mexico held annually since 2018, replacing the former pageant, Nuestra Belleza México, held since 1994. Currently, the pageant is responsible for selecting the country’s delegates to Miss Universe, Miss International, Reina Hispanoamericana, Miss Charm International, and Nuestra Latinoamericana Universal.
