Európa Expressz
''Európa Expressz'' (alt. Europa Express) is a Hungarian action-thriller film made in 1999. Plot Zavarov, a psychotic Russians, Russian thief who likes to steal religious icons, is on the run from a group of undercover cops who don't know Zavarov has planted an informant amongst them. Zavarov makes his getaway on a train, only to discover the police were able to board before leaving the station. He hijacks the train and demands passage to Austria. The police cleverly run the train in a loop and mask a Hungary, Hungarian train station as if it were in Nickelsdorf, Austria (the actual station filmed is in Szabadbattyán). This fools Zavarov into thinking he is in Austria, and when he exits the train, the police surround him. Nickelsdorf
Nickelsdorf ( hu, Miklóshalma or Miklóshalom, hr, Mikištrof) is a town in the district of Neusiedl am See in the Austrian state of Burgenland. Geography Nickelsdorf is the only town in the municipality. It has an important border crossing to Hegyeshalom (german: Straß-Sommerein) in Hungary. History The town belonged—like the whole province of Burgenland—to Hungary until 1920, when it became part of the Austrian state of Burgenland. Dorka Gryllus (born 26 December 1972) is a Hungarian film and theatre actress. She is the daughter of Dániel Gryllus, a Hungarian musician, performer and composer, founding member of folk music group Kaláka Kaláka is a folk music group formed in Budapest, Hungary on November 26, 1969. The founding members are Dániel Gryllus, Vilmos Gryllus, István Mikó and Balázs Radványi. Later Mikó was replaced by Péter Dabasi who in turn was replaced b ... and Katalin Kőváry, a theatre director and screenwriter. Gryllus grew up in Budapest and graduated from the College of Theater and Film Arts in 1998. Between 1998 and 2003 she was a member of the Gergely Csiky Theater in Kaposvár.
