Euan Ferrie
Euan Ferrie (born 10 May 1996) is a Scottish rugby union player who plays for Glasgow Warriors in the United Rugby Championship. He plays at Flanker and Lock. Rugby Union career Amateur career Ferrie came through the school ranks at Calderglen High School of St Leonards, East Kilbride and then played for East Kilbride. He then moved to play for Hamilton Bulls; and then moved again to play for Glasgow Hawks. Professional career He joined the Scottish Rugby Academy as a Stage 3 player in season 2021-22 and was assigned to Glasgow Warriors. He was also placed in the Boroughmuir Bears squad for the Super 6 season. He played for Glasgow Warriors against Ayrshire Bulls on 2 September 2022 in the pre-season match at Inverness. He made his competitive debut for the Glasgow side in the United Rugby Championship against Benetton Rugby, nearly scoring a debut try moments after taking the field. East Kilbride
East Kilbride (; gd, Cille Bhrìghde an Ear ) is the largest town in South Lanarkshire in Scotland and the country's sixth-largest locality by population. It was also designated Scotland's first new town on 6 May 1947. Boroughmuir RFC
Boroughmuir RFC is a rugby union football club in the Scottish Rugby Union. The club's home ground is Meggetland, in southwest Edinburgh and the club plays in the , where they are known as the Boroughmuir Bears. Founded in 1919 and admitted to the SRU in 1939, it was originally restricted to former pupils of Boroughmuir High School. The badge is derived from Boroughmuir High School and they acquired it in 1913. Although it has lost that direct connection, the home ground and navy blue/emerald colours are unchanged. The club won the Scottish unofficial club rugby championship in the 1954–55 and 1972–73 seasons. The club have the second longest number of seasons in the top division having only been relegated twice and on both occasions bouncing straight back up to the top division. RDS Arena
RDS Arena is a multi-purpose sports stadium, owned by the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) and located in the Dublin suburb of Ballsbridge, Ireland. The arena was developed to host equestrian events, primarily the annual Dublin Horse Show, which was first held there in 1881. The site had been acquired in 1879 by the RDS. The primary tenants of the RDS Arena are Leinster Rugby who compete in the United Rugby Championship and Champions Cup. The arena has also hosted soccer and wrestling events and concerts. Leinster Rugby ( ga, Rugbaí Laighean) is one of the four professional provincial rugby union teams from the island of Ireland and the most successful Irish team domestically.
