Esteban Vigo
Esteban Vigo Benítez (born 17 January 1955) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a midfielder, currently a manager. He played the vast majority of his professional career with Málaga and Barcelona, amassing La Liga totals of 240 games and 24 goals over 13 seasons. Vigo became a manager in 1995, going on to coach several clubs. Playing career Known as Esteban during his playing days, he was born in Vélez-Málaga, and had his first professional spell with local CD Málaga, achieving La Liga promotion in 1976. He subsequently attracted attention from country giants FC Barcelona who signed him in December 1976 for 25 million pesetas, and he proceeded to be regularly used over one decade although never an undisputed starter (a maximum of 23 matches in 1980–81). Vélez-Málaga
Vélez-Málaga () is a municipality and the capital of the Axarquía comarca in the province of Málaga, in the Spanish autonomous community of Andalusia. It is the most important city in the comarca. Locally it is referred to as Vélez. Vélez-Málaga is the headquarters of the Commonwealth of Municipalities of Costa del Sol- Axarquía. The municipality forms part of the Costa del Sol region. Unió Esportiva Lleida was a Spanish football team based in Lleida, in the autonomous community of Catalonia. It was founded as ''Lérida Balompié-AEM'' on 30 October 1939, and became ''Unión Deportiva Lérida'' in 1947, after a merger with ''CD Leridano''. It held home matches at '' Camp d´Esports'', with a 13,500-seat capacity. It was dissolved in 2011. The soul of the club was reformed as Lleida Esportiu. 1980–81 Copa Del Rey
The 1980–81 Copa del Rey was the 79th staging of the Spanish Cup, the annual domestic cup competition in the Spanish football. The tournament was attended by 138 teams from the main categories of Spanish football. The tournament began on 10 September 1980 and ended on 18 June 1981 with the final, held in Vicente Calderón Stadium in Madrid, in which the FC Barcelona was crowned for the nineteenth time in their history, after beating Sporting de Gijón 3–1. Sporting De Gijón
Real Sporting de Gijón, S.A.D. (), commonly known as Real Sporting, Sporting Gijón, or simply Sporting (although in an international context this can lead to confusion with Sporting Clube de Portugal) is a Spanish football club from Gijón, Principality of Asturias. Founded on 1 July 1905, it plays in La Liga Santander.
