''Estate'' is a 2022 Indian Tamil-language horror drama film directed by Karthik Vilvakrish. The film stars Kalaiyarasan, Sunaina and Remya Nambeesan in the lead roles, with Ashok Selvan in an extended cameo. It was released on 9 December 2022. Ashok Selvan
Ashok Selvan is an Indian actor who works prominently in Tamil cinema. He made his breakthrough playing one of the lead roles in ''Soodhu Kavvum'' (2013), before gaining critical acclaim for his performances in C. V. Kumar's productions '' Pizza II: Villa (2013)'' and ''Thegidi'' (2014). His recent blockbuster is '' Oh My Kadavule'' (2020). Kalaiyarasan
Kalaiyarasan Harikrishnan is an Indian actor, who works in the Tamil film industry. He has collaborated with directors Myshkin and Pa. Ranjith, with whom he worked in ''Madras'' (2014) for which he received acclaim for his performance. Career Kalaiyarasan, a graduate in Computer Applications from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, initially began work as an actor with Parthy Bhaskar's '' Arjunan Kadhali'' in 2008, but the film remains unreleased. He then worked with director Myshkin on two ventures, ''Nandalala'' (2010) and ''Mugamoodi'' (2012), and credits the film maker as his mentor. He also played small roles in Ranjith's directorial debut ''Attakathi'' (2012), playing the suitor to the heroine, as well as in Vikram Sugumaran's ''Madha Yaanai Koottam'' (2013). Kalaiyarasan's breakthrough as an actor came through his performance in Ranjith's drama film ''Madras'' (2014), where he portrayed the pivotal role of Anbu.

Sunaina
Sunaina is an Indian actress and model. She predominantly works in Tamil movies as well as few Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada films. She made her film debut with Telugu film ''Kumar Vs Kumari'' (2005) and her Tamil debut ''Kadhalil Vizhunthen'' (2008). Daniel Annie Pope is an Indian actor who has appeared in Tamil language films. After appearing in uncredited and minor roles, he made his breakthrough as an actor with his comic role in ''Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara'' (2013).
