Malacatán is a town and municipality in the San Marcos department of Guatemala, located to the west of San Marcos town. ''Liga Nacional de Fútbol de Guatemala'' (National Football League of Guatemala), formerly known as Liga Mayor "A" (Major League "A") is a professional football division in Guatemala, the highest one in the country.
