Esra Erol (footballer)
Esra Erol (born 6 November 1985) is a Turkish female footballer currently playing in the Turkish First League in defender position for Beşiktaş with jersey number 23 in Istanbul. She was also a member of the Turkish national team. Club career Following a successful season in the Sakarya based Yenikent Güneşspor, the club extended Esra Erol's contract for one more season in July 2008, and tasked her with captain position. She captained Lüleburgaz Düvenciler Lisesispor and after its renaming Lüleburgaz 39 Spor. In August 2012, she transferred from Lüleburgaz 39 Spor, where she was also the team captain, to Konak Belediyespor. She played with Konak Belediyespor at the 2013–14 UEFA Women's Champions League in the qualification round matches in August 2013 and in the knockout stage matches in October 2013. Bakırköy
Bakırköy is a neighbourhood, municipality and district on the European side of Istanbul, Turkey. The quarter is densely populated, has a residential character and is inhabited by an upper middle class population. The municipality of Bakırköy is much larger than the quarter and also includes several other neighbourhoods, such as Yeşilköy, Yeşilyurt, Ataköy. The Northern Ireland women's national football team represents Northern Ireland in international women's football. Although most national football teams represent a sovereign state, FIFA statutes permit Northern Ireland as a member of the United Kingdom's Home Nations to maintain its own national side that competes in all major tournaments, with the exception of the Women's Olympic Football Tournament. The 2018–19 season of the Turkish Women's First Football League is the 23rd season of Turkey's premier women's football league. The league season started with the first week matches on 21 October 2018. The regular season concluded with the 18th week matches on 28 April. 2019.
