Esports At The 2021 Southeast Asian Games
Esports at the 2021 Southeast Asian Games took place at National Convention Center in Hanoi, Vietnam from 13 to 22 May 2022. It will be the second esports contest as a medal event in a multi-sport competition sanctioned by the International Olympic Committee. Ten medals are contested in esports which consists of eight games and ten events. There are two games where two events are matched, '' League of Legends: Wild Rift'' will contest men's and women's team and ''PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Mobile ''PUBG Mobile'' ( Chinese: 和平精英; pinyin: Hé Píng Jīng Yīng) is a free-to-play battle royale video game developed by LightSpeed & Quantum Studio, a division of Tencent Games. Vietnam National Convention Center
The National Convention Center (NCC, ) is a major convention center located on Thăng Long Boulevard in Nam Từ Liêm district of Hanoi, Vietnam. The convention center was designed by Meinhard von Gerkan and Nikolaus Goetze of Gerkan, Marg and Partners. Esports at the 2019 Southeast Asian Games in the Philippines was held at the Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan, Metro Manila from 5 to 10 December 2019. It was the first esports contest as a medal event in a multi-sport competition sanctioned by the International Olympic Committee after the discipline featured as a demonstration sport at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia.
