Charles Émile Waldteufel (9 December 1837 – 12 February 1915) was a French pianist, conductor and composer known for his numerous popular Salon music, salon pieces. Life Émile Waldteufel (German for ''forest devil'') was born at 84 Grand'Rue in the centre of Strasbourg. ''España 1936'' (1937) is a Spanish short documentary film. Production The film was directed by Jean-Paul Le Chanois and produced and co-written by Luis Buñuel, about the early days of the Spanish Civil War. It contains much genuine newsreel footage. In 1937, Spanish newspaper ''El Sol'' said this of the film: Although Buñuel made the film in association with the French Communist Party, the film lacks a lot of the overt biases common to political documentaries of this era. Buñuel chronicled this film in his typical style showcasing the inhumanity, death, and destruction of the Spanish Civil War rather than focusing solely on a political message supporting one side or the other. This notable style of Buñuel stands in contrast to other politically based documentaries of the time including ''Triumph of the Will'', '' The Man with the Movie Camera'', and ''Night Mail'', among others. España 2000 (E-2000) is a far-right political party in Spain which has never obtained national or regional parliamentary representation. The last time it ran for General elections was in 2011, where it obtained 9266 votes out of a total of 24,590,557 valid votes. España Boulevard is an eight–lane major thoroughfare in Manila, the capital city of the Philippines, named after Spain, the country that formerly held the Philippines as an overseas territory. True to its name, several Spanish names abound the street. It starts at the Welcome Rotonda near the boundary of Quezon City and Manila and ends with a Y-intersection with Lerma and Nicanor Reyes Streets in Manila. History Before becoming what it is today, the boulevard was a part of the Hacienda de Sulucan, one of the ten barrios which formed Sampaloc. In 1694, the hacienda was donated to the sisters of the Monasterio de Santa Clara. In 1905, it was turned over to the Sulucan Development Corporation. Line 1 Of The Guadalajara Light Rail System
Line 1 of the Guadalajara light rail system, in service since 1 September 1989, is the oldest line of the Sistema de Tren Eléctrico Urbano (SITEUR). It was previously marked blue, but after the remodelling of the stations from 2014 to 2018 it is now red. The road infrastructure of this line was begun in 1974, and was completed in 1976, with the intention of implementing a Metropolitan and Railway Public Transportation System in Guadalajara; same that did not materialize due to the diversion of federal resources which led to the alternative implementation of electric trolleybus lines. In 1982 an overpass was built at the intersection of Avenida Colón with the Calzada Lázaro Cárdenas and was completed in 1984 (for the extension of the Guadalajara Trolleybus) towards Avenida Miguel López de Legaspi, and its pre-construction began in 1988, extending it from peripheral to peripheral, and it was completed in February 1989, to later be inaugurated in September of that same year ...
