Ernesto Bustamante
Ernesto Bustamante (born May 19, 1950, in Lima, Peru) is a scientist known for his expertise and contributions to the field of molecular biology. He is currently also a politician and member of Parliament. The Congress of the Republic of Peru ( es, Congreso de la República) is the unicameral body that assumes legislative power in Peru. Congress' composition is established by Chapter I of Title IV of the Constitution of Peru.
