Erik Schønfeldt
Erik Schønfeldt (born 19 November 1942) is a Norwegian handball player and footballer. He made his debut on the Norwegian national handball team in 1960, and played 45 matches for the national team between 1960 and 1968. He participated at the 1964 and 1967 World Men's Handball Championship. He is the father of Norway international handballer Morten Schønfeldt. Schønfeldt was also an active football player. Playing for the club Frigg, he participated in the final of the 1965 Norwegian Football Cup The 1965 Norwegian Football Cup was the 60th edition of the Norway, Norwegian annual knockout association football, football tournament. Handball (also known as team handball, European handball or Olympic handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team. A standard match consists of two periods of 30 minutes, and the team that scores more goals wins. Modern handball is played on a court of , with a goal in the middle of each end. Morten Schønfeldt (born 18 November 1967) is a Norwegian handball player. He played for the clubs Bækkelagets SK, SK Wing, Sandefjord HK, Fredensborg/Ski and Pfadi Winterthur. He made his debut on the Norwegian national team in 1988, and played 119 matches for the national team between 1988 and 1994. He participated at the 1993 World Men's Handball Championship. He is a son of Norway international handballer Erik Schønfeldt. Morten Schønfeldt also coached Nordstrand IF Nordstrand Idrettsforening is a sports club in Nordstrand, Oslo, Norway. Frigg Oslo Fotballklubb is a Norwegian sports club from Majorstua in Oslo. It has sections for association football and bandy. History It was founded on 17 May 1904 as ''SK Frigg'', named after Frigg of Norse mythology. It was merged on 21 April 1954 with ''SK Varg''. It took the name ''Frigg Oslo FK'' in 1990.
