Erik Hurtado
Erik Hurtado (born November 15, 1990) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a forward for Major League Soccer club Columbus Crew. Club career Born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Hurtado moved with his mother to her hometown of Gresham, Oregon when he was six. He began playing club soccer in nearby Beaverton before moving with his family to Cuernavaca in Mexico. During his time in Mexico, Hurtado was invited to train with the youth academy at Liga MX side UNAM. He soon moved back to Beaverton and continued playing for his club side. During high-school, Hurtado played for both his high school team, the Westview Wildcats, and club side, Westside Metros. In 2009, Hurtado moved to California and enrolled at Santa Clara University and played college soccer for the Santa Clara Broncos. Vancouver Whitecaps Football Club is a Canadian professional soccer team based in Vancouver. They compete in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member club of the league's Western Conference. The MLS iteration of the club was established on March 18, 2009, and began play in 2011 as the 17th team to enter Major League Soccer while replacing the USSF Division 2 team of the same name in the city, making them a phoenix club and the third to carry the Whitecaps name. Cuernavaca (; nci-IPA, Cuauhnāhuac, kʷawˈnaːwak "near the woods", ) is the capital and largest city of the state of Morelos in Mexico. is a Japanese professional Association football, footballer who plays as a midfielder. Club career He started up his professional career at Tokyo Verdy where he won the 2004 Emperor's Cup and the 2005 Japanese Super Cup. The 2013 MLS SuperDraft was the fourteenth SuperDraft presented by Major League Soccer. The draft took place on January 17, 2013 in Indianapolis, Indiana at the Indiana Convention Center. It seems that individual teams will be doing their own trials instead. The 2012 USL Premier Development League season was the 18th season of the PDL. The regular season began on 22 April with a match between the Los Angeles Misioneros and Fresno Fuego, and ended with 14 matches on 15 July 2012. The regular season was followed by a postseason tournament of conference winners which determined the league's champion, Forest City London. 2011 PDL Season
The 2011 USL Premier Development League season was the 17th season of the PDL. The regular season began on April 29, 2011, when the Los Angeles Blues 23 played Fresno Fuego, and ended on July 24. The playoffs began on Tuesday, July 26 and concluded with the PDL Championship Game on August 6. As in previous years, the PDL Championship Game was broadcast live on Fox Soccer Channel in the United States, with commentary by Steve Bell and Keith Tabatznik. The Kitsap Pumas ended the season as national champions, beating Laredo Heat 1-0 in the 2011 PDL Championship game. The playoffs were held at the home of the Pumas in Bremerton, Washington. USL League Two (USL2), formerly the Premier Development League (PDL), is a semi-professional developmental soccer league sponsored by United Soccer Leagues in the United States and Canada, forming part of the United States soccer league system. The league features 113 teams for 2022, split into sixteen regional divisions across four conferences. USL League Two is headquartered in Tampa, Florida.
