Eric Berger (meteorologist)
Eric Berger (born 1972 or 1973) is an American journalist and meteorologist who is the senior space editor at ''Ars Technica'' and the editor of ''Space City Weather''. Early life, education, and family Berger, who was raised in Michigan, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in astronomy. Berger then attended graduate school at the University of Missouri where he received a master's degree in journalism. In 2014, Berger completed a distance learning program at Mississippi State University to become a certified meteorologist. Berger lives in League City, Texas, with his wife, Amanda, and two daughters. Career Science journalist Berger began working at the ''Houston Chronicle'' in 1998. ''American Desi'' is a 2001 American comedy film with Indian influence, notable for featuring many prominent South Asian American actors. Also featured is an a cappella version of Nazia Hassan's Urdu classic "Aap Jaisa Koi", sung by Penn Masala and originally from the movie '' Qurbani''. The term ''Desi'' in the title refers to the people and cultures of the Indian subcontinent. Willow Garage was a robotics research lab and technology incubator devoted to developing hardware and open source software for personal robotics applications. The company was most likely best known for its open source software suite ROS (Robot Operating System), which has been rapidly and widely becoming a common, standard tool among robotics researchers and industry, since its initial release in 2010. It was started in late 2006 by Scott Hassan, who had worked with Larry Page and Sergey Brin to develop the technology that became the Google Search engine. Steve Cousins was the president and CEO.
