Eric Baumann (cyclist)
Eric Baumann (born 21 March 1980 in Rostock) is a German professional road bicycle racer for Team NetApp in 2010 and used to ride for the UCI Continental team Team Sparkasse. He secured a contract with T-Mobile Team in 2004, having turned professional with Team Wiesenhof in 2003 and before that riding as amateur for Team Köstritzer. He lives in Leipzig. Rostock (), officially the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock (german: link=no, Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock), is the largest city in the German state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and lies in the Mecklenburgian part of the state, close to the border with Pomerania. The Sparkassen Giro Bochum is a road bicycle race which is annually held for both men's and women's around an urban circuit in the German city of Bochum, Germany. Since 2005 the men's race is part of the UCI Europe Tour, being organised as UCI race classifications, 1.1 race. Paris–Roubaix is a one-day professional bicycle road race in northern France, starting north of Paris and finishing in Roubaix, at the border with Belgium.
