Erdinç Saçan
Erdinç Saçan (born 12 May 1979) is a Dutch internet entrepreneur, website administrator, columnist and politician for the PvdA. Saçan was born in 's-Hertogenbosch. After studying management and data processing at the Fontys college, he established his eponymous company Saçan Consultancy. At the same time, he founded several websites dealing with politics and the position of Turks in the Netherlands. He was elected member of the States-Provincial of North Brabant. In 2006, he was nominated as a candidate for the Dutch House of Representatives but withdrew as a result of his denial of the Armenian genocide. Armenian genocide controversy According to the newspaper Trouw, Saçan clearly stated in a chat box of one of his websites that he was a denier of the Armenian genocide of 1915. Dutch Labour Party
The Labour Party ( nl, Partij van de Arbeid, , abbreviated as ''PvdA'', or ''P van de A'', ) is a social-democratic political party in the Netherlands. The party was founded in 1946 as a merger of the Social Democratic Workers' Party, the Free-thinking Democratic League and the Christian Democratic Union. Prime Ministers from the Labour Party have been Willem Drees (1948–1958), Joop den Uyl (1973–1977) and Wim Kok (1994–2002). From 2012 to 2017, the PvdA formed the second-largest party in parliament and was the junior partner in the Second Rutte cabinet with the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy. Nebahat Albayrak
Nebahat Albayrak (born 10 April 1968) is a retired Turkish–Dutch politician of the Labour Party (PvdA) and jurist. She is a corporate director at Upstream International a division of Royal Dutch Shell since 5 November 2012. Biography Albayrak moved to the Netherlands in 1970. In 1993, Albayrak graduated from Leiden University in international and European law. As part of her degree, she also attended lectures in Ankara at Ankara University and the Institut d’Études Françaises, and in Paris at the Institut d’Études Politiques. She worked at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations from 1993 to 1998. From 1998 to 2007, she was a member of the Dutch House of Representatives. On 22 February 2007, Nebahat Albayrak was installed as State Secretary (junior minister) for Justice in the fourth Balkenende cabinet. 's-Hertogenbosch
s-Hertogenbosch (), colloquially known as Den Bosch (), is a city and municipality in the Netherlands with a population of 157,486. It is the capital of the province of North Brabant and its fourth largest by population. The city is south of the Maas river and near the Waal; it is to the north east of the city of Tilburg, north west of Eindhoven, south west of Nijmegen, and a longer distance south of Utrecht and south east of Dordrecht.
