Erasmo Moena
Erasmo Antonio Moena Pinto (born January 10, 1970), known as The Psychopath of Placilla (Spanish: ''El psicópata de Placilla''), is a Chilean murderer and suspected serial killer. Convicted and sentenced to 60 years imprisonment for a double murder committed in 2010, he remains a suspect in at least one additional murder in which he has been acquitted. Early life Erasmo Antonio Moena Pinto was born on January 10, 1970, in Tomé. According to his mother, María Elizabeth Pinto Villegas, he suffered no physical or mental abuse while growing up, but was a poor student who was treated as an outcast by his peers due to his macho and hypersexual attitude. Moena enrolled in the Margarita Naseau School in Tomé and later the San Pedro Nolasco School in Concepción, which he attended from 1983 to 1984. Chilean Gendarmerie
The Chilean Gendarmerie ( es, Gendarmería de Chile), (abbreviated to ''GENCHI'') is the title of Chile's uniformed national prison service military . The title is historic, Shorter Oxford English Dictionary describes a gendarme as "a soldier who is employed on police duties" and a "gendarmery, -erie" as "gendarmes as a body" The service evolved out of Chilean Army units which were given police and prison duties. It is an armed service responsible to the Ministry of Justice. It has two mottoes, "Labor Omnia Vincit" ("Work conquers everything"), and "Deus Patria Lex" (God, Country, Law). Its symbol is a keep. Quirihue () is a Chilean city in Quirihue, Itata Province, Ñuble Region. It is located about 72 kilometers northwest of Chillán and 410 km southwest of Santiago. Rodrigo Javier Hinzpeter Kirberg (born 27 October 1965) is a Chilean lawyer and politician. He was one of the founders of National Renewal, a center-right political party. He was appointed Interior Minister on 11 March 2010 by President of Chile Sebastián Piñera. On 5 November 2012 he was appointed Defense Minister and his term ended on 11 March 2014. Solitary confinement is a form of imprisonment in which the inmate lives in a single cell with little or no meaningful contact with other people. A prison may enforce stricter measures to control contraband on a solitary prisoner and use additional security equipment in comparison to the general population. Solitary confinement is a punitive tool within the prison system to discipline or separate disruptive prison inmates who are security risks to other inmates, the prison staff, or the prison itself.
