Epiphractis Amphitricha
''Epiphractis amphitricha'' is a moth of the family Oecophoridae. It is known from the Indian Ocean islands of Mauritius and Réunion. The wingspan The wingspan (or just span) of a bird or an airplane is the distance from one wingtip to the other wingtip. For example, the Boeing 777–200 has a wingspan of , and a wandering albatross (''Diomedea exulans'') caught in 1965 had a wingspan of ... is about 22 mm. The forewings are dull light brownish-crimson, with some scattered fuscous scales. There is an inwardly oblique purplish-fuscous streak from the dorsum beyond the middle, reaching three-fourths across the wing and a cloudy purplish-fuscous dot in the disc beyond two-thirds, and a short inwardly oblique streak from the tornus. The hindwings are ochreous-whitish, slightly crimson-tinged towards the termen and there is a long subcostal pencil of ochreous-whitish hairs lying along the upper margin of the cell beneath the forewings.

Epiphractis Crocoplecta
''Epiphractis crocoplecta'' is a species of moth of the family Oecophoridae first described by Edward Meyrick in 1913. This species was described from a specimen from Three Sisters in South Africa. The wingspan of the females is about 15 mm. The head is pale yellowish, suffused with brown reddish on the sides. The forewings are elongate, the costa moderately arched, dull crimson purplish with the costal edge grey. There is a patch of ochreous suffusion along the basal two-fifths of the dorsum and an inwardly oblique yellow streak from the dorsum behind the middle reaching more than half across the wing, edged anteriorly with deep ferruginous. A short inwardly oblique slender yellow streak is found from the tornus, and there is a furruginous-brown transverse dot above the apex of this representing the second discal stigma. The hindwings are grey, paler towards the base. References Endemic moths of South Africa Epiphractis Moths described in 1913 {{Oecop ...

The forewings are elongate, the costa gently arched and of light reddish-ochreous brown or dark fuscous. They are variably irrorated with whitish, the costal edge more or less whitish. There are two bright deep yellow dorsal patches, the first elongate, reaching from the base to or near the middle, confluent on the dorsum with second or in darker specimens separated from it by a patch of crimson-purple suffusion, its dorsal edge usually brown reddish or purple towards the base, the second smaller, rounded, sometimes followed by crimson-purple suffusion, in lighter specimens the second blotch is surrounded by dark fuscous ...
