Enrique van Rysselberghe Varela (4 April 1937 – 21 January 2013) was a Chilean architect, businessman and right-wing politician. He was deputy for his hometown between 1998 and 2002. San Pedro De La Paz
San Pedro de la Paz () is a Chilean city and commune located in the Concepción Province, Biobío Region. It has some 80,447 inhabitants according to the 2002 national census. In 2005, the Pedro Aguirre Cerda avenue, the main avenue in the city, was completed. Most of the inhabitants of this comuna commute daily to Concepción – either by car, bus or train – over the Biobío River. It is considered to be part of Greater Concepción conurbation. San Pedro was established during the Conquest of Chile first as fort ''la Candelaria'' which was destroyed following the death of Governor Martín García Óñez de Loyola in 1599. It was rebuilt as part of La Frontera by Alonso de Ribera as fort ''San Pedro de la Paz'' in 1603. A small settlement grew up around it. Cabrero is a city and commune in the Bío Bío Province, Bío Bío Region, Chile. History The city of Cabrero, has its origins in the progressive group of people, which established a station to serve the needs of the inhabitants of several rural properties in the area, and then the arrival of immigrants mainly from Middle East and Italy. Demography According to the 2002 census of the National Statistics Institute, Cabrero spans an area of and has 25,282 inhabitants (12,888 men and 12,394 women), corresponding to 1.25% of total regional population and a density of 39.52 inhabitants per km2. The intendancy system was a centralizing administrative system developed in France.
