Englishkaran
''Englishkaran'' () is a 2005 Tamil-language comedy film. It stars Sathyaraj and Namitha, while Vadivelu, Madhumitha Siva Balaji, and Santhanam play supporting roles. "Englishkaran" with the tagline "Tamizh Vazhga" is a film from the hit combo from Sathyaraj and Shakthi Chidambaram whose earlier ventures "Ennamma Kannu" and "Maha Nadigan" were hits. Englishkaran also has humour, glamour, many puns and is based on a strong theme paced with whimsy humour. The film opened to positive reviews. Madhumitha
Madhumitha (born Swapna Madhuri on 20 August 1981) is an Indian actress who appears in Telugu and Tamil films. Career Madhumitha started her acting career under her birth name Swapna Madhuri with the 2002 Telugu film ''Sandade Sandadi'' (2002) doing a pivotal supporting role. She continued playing supporting roles in a couple of Telugu films like '' Manmadhudu'' (2002) along with Nagarjuna and Sonali Bendre, ''Ammailu Abbailu'' (2003) and ''Puttintiki Ra Chelli'' (2004) sharing screen space with Arjun and Meena, with the latter in particular becoming a high commercial success, running for 275 days in theatres. Siva Balaji (born as Siva Balaji Manoharan on 14 October 1981) is an Indian actor, television personality, and producer who is known for his works in the Telugu Film Industry. Sakthi N Chidambaram (born Dinakar), is an Indian film director, who directs Tamil films. Career His real name is C. Dhinakaran. He first wrote the dialogues for the films ''Kottai Vaasal'' (1992), ''Veettai Paaru Naattai Paaru'' (1994), ''Uzhiyan'' (1994) and ''Pathavi Pramanam'' (1994). Chidambaram made his directorial debut in 1997 with '' Samrat'', starring Ramki, a remake of Hindi film ''Baazigar''. Kadhal Dhandapani (17 April 1943 – 20 July 2014) was an Indian actor who appeared in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films. He rose to fame portraying the antagonist in Balaji Sakthivel's ''Kaadhal'' (2004), and is credited with the film's name as a prefix. He died on 20 July 2014 following a cardiac arrest. Bonda Mani is an Indian actor who has appeared in Tamil language films. He has worked in comedy and supporting roles in over 270 films. Career Bonda Mani has described that his stage name is derived from his diet of bondas, when he was a struggling actor, and the suffix of his mentor, Goundamani. His original name is Kedheeswaran and he originates from Sri Lanka. While working in Singapore during the 1980s, he became acquainted with director K. Bhagyaraj who visited the country for a show. Vasu, popularly known as Halwa Vasu, (died 17 August 2017) was a comedian in the Tamil film industry in India. He worked in around 900 films. Career Vasu who hailed from Madurai district, came to Chennai to work in cinemas after his graduation. Vasu worked as an assistant to director-actor Manivannan, he carved a niche for himself in comedy films and has also acted alongside the likes of Vadivelu. Krishnamoorthy (1963/1964 – 7 October 2019) was a comedian in the Tamil film industry in India. Career Krishnamoorthy moved from his home town Tiruvannamalai to Madras in 1983 hoping to become an actor in films. Despite being initially unsuccessful, he joined the crew of the film ''Kuzhandhai Yesu'' (1984) as an office boy, and by the end of production, he was assigned the role of production manager. He subsequently went on to work on several films and adverts as a member of the crew. As a result, he was initially credited in films as Manager Krishnamoorthy.
