''Engal Selvi'' () is a 1960 Indian Tamil-language drama film, produced by T. E. Vasudevan and directed by D. Yoganand. It stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Anjali Devi , with music composed by K. V. Mahadevan. The film was a remake of Hindi film ''Lajwanti''. The film was dubbed into Telugu as ''Kanna Kuthuru'' (1960). Plot Cast * Anjali Devi as Kamala * Nageswara Rao *T. S. Murasoli Maran
Murasoli Maran (17 August 1934 – 23 November 2003) was an Indian politician and an important leader of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party which was headed by his maternal uncle and mentor, M. Karunanidhi. A Member of Parliament for 36 years, he was made a Union Minister in three separate central governments, in charge of Urban Development in the V.P. Emile Czaja (15 July 1909 – 16 May 1970), better known by his ring name King Kong, was an Australians in India, Australian-Indian professional wrestler and actor born in Hungary in 1909.
