Emma Cabrera-Bello
Emma Cabrera-Bello (born 22 November 1985) is a Spanish professional golfer. She played on the Ladies European Tour and was runner-up at the Open de España Femenino. Early life and family Cabrera-Bello was born in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. She was first introduced to golf by her uncle at age five and went on to enjoy a successful amateur career, winning the Spanish National Championship at every age group level from under-16 through under-21. Her brother Rafa Cabrera-Bello is also a professional golfer, playing on the PGA Tour and European Tour. Her younger brother Miguel has occasionally caddied for her. Amateur career Cabrera-Bello was a member of the Junior Ryder Cup team in 2002, a member of the Junior Solheim Cup team in 2002 and 2003, and also competed in the Vagliano Trophy in 2003, 2005 and 2007. 2009 Women's British Open
The 2009 Women's British Open was held 30 July – 2 August at Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club in Lancashire, England. It was the 33rd Women's British Open and the ninth as a major championship on the LPGA Tour. Catriona Matthew won her only major, three strokes ahead of runner-up Karrie Webb. It was the fourth Women's British Open at Royal Lytham and the third as an LPGA major, most recently in 2006. The course had also hosted ten Open Championships, most recently in 2001. Tania Elósegui
Tania Elósegui Mayor (born 13 December 1981) is a professional golfer from Spain. Elósegui was born in San Sebastian, Spain. She started playing golf at age 9, and had a successful amateur career before turning professional. As an amateur, Elósegui would win a bronze medal at the 2002 World Amateur Championship in Malaysia. She would also win two gold medals in the European Team Championships and two in junior silver medal junior championships. She turned professional in 2005. After starting to play on the Ladies European Tour in 2005, Elósegui would not find much success until 2009. She collected one victory at the ABN AMRO Ladies Open and would finish in the top 10 in every event she played in, with her worst finish being 10th. With her consistent 2009 play, Elósegui earned a spot on the 2009 Solheim Cup European Team. Azahara Muñoz Guijarro (born 19 November 1987) is a Spanish professional golfer on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour and Ladies European Tour. Amateur career Muñoz was born in Málaga, Andalusia in southern Spain and had a successful amateur career in both Europe and the United States. She won the 2002 Spanish Amateur title at age 14, the 2004 Girls Amateur Championship, and was the 2009 British Ladies Amateur champion. Rebecca Dawn Brewerton (born 20 October 1982) is a Welsh professional golfer and a member of the Ladies European Tour and the LPGA Tour. Amateur career Brewerton was born in St Asaph, Wales. The 2009 Ladies European Tour was a series of golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world which took place from January through December 2009. The tournaments were sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour (LET). The tour featured 21 official money events, as well as the Solheim Cup and the European Ladies Golf Cup.
