LuÃs Filipe Fraga Oliveira (; born 27 May 1983), better known by his stage name Lucenzo (), is a Portuguese–French reggaeton recording artist and record producer. His parents emigrated to France, from Portugal. Lucenzo, when began his singing career, signed with the Universal Music record label, to which he is still today. He is best known for his dance hit with rapper Big Ali, "Vem dançar Kuduro". Puerto Rican reggaeton artist Don Omar released a Spanish/Portuguese version of the song under the title "Danza Kuduro" with Lucenzo. Career Lucenzo released his debut single in 2008, a Portuguese/multilingual reggae/reggaeton song entitled "Emigrante del mundo". Signed to Scopio Music, the song became a Portuguese radio hit. It was followed in 2009 by "Dame reggaeton". But it was with his bilingual English/Portuguese dance hit "Vem Dançar Kuduro" in collaboration with Big Ali produced by Lucenzo. Faouze Barkati
Faouze Barkati is a French music producer and songwriter working with Yanis Records France and credited for popularizing the kuduro music and dance in Europe worldwide. Through his friendship since childhood with Lucenzo, he took an Angolan dance form he had been introduced to 25 years earlier through his travels, and convinced Lucenzo and his second producer Fabrice Toïgo to launch the genre by adapting kuduro with catchy fusion of Portuguese and European elements. Faouze Barkati went on to produce many songs for Lucenzo most notably "Vem Dançar Kuduro" a big dance hit in France and the basis of the international hit " Danza Kuduro" by Don Omar & Lucenzo, where he was also credited. The new Don Omar version was also featured in the film '' Fast Five''. Qwote is a Haitian American singer, rapper, and songwriter. Career Qwote was born in Haiti and was raised by his grandmother in the United States. He started to write music at age 12. Residing at various times in Long Island, New York City, he later on moved to Miami, where he found his niche in the Miami clubs. He had his first big break appearing on rap artist Trina's 2008 album ''Still da Baddest'' on the song "Phone Sexx".
