Emanuele Gatto
Emanuele Gatto (born 11 August 1994) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Ancona-Matelica. Club career Torino Born in Turin, Piedmont, Gatto started his career at hometown club Torino. He was called up to the first team on two occasions between 2011 and 2013, without ever debuting. In 2012–13, he was the captain of the Primavera side. Lumezzane On 16 July 2013 Gatto was sold to Lega Pro Prima Divisione club Lumezzane in co-ownership deal. The club finished as the 14th (out of 16 teams) in Group A of 2013–14 season. However the club was not relegated, as the prime and second divisions were merged into one division – Lega Pro Divisione Unica. Siena On 20 June 2014 Torino bought back Gatto, but included him in the transfer of Marcelo Larrondo to Torino from Siena outright. Unione Sportiva Ancona, commonly referred to as Ancona, is an Italian football club based in Ancona, Marche. The club is widely considered to be the heir of defunct former Serie A club Ancona, with whom it shares its official historical logo. 2014–15 Serie B
The 2014–15 Serie B was the 83rd season since its establishment in 1929. A total of 22 teams contested the league: 14 of which returning from the 2013–14 season, 5 of which promoted from Prima Divisione, and three relegated from Serie A. The original concept was that due to Siena's exclusion because of financial issues and the fact such vacancy will not be filled in preparation of a future reduction to a league composed by 20 teams, this season featured 21 participant clubs instead of the usual 22. However, on 11 August 2014, Novara won an appeal and the league confirmed a 22nd team. On 29 August, the league chose Vicenza Calcio as the 22nd participant. The series have 42 weeks of play.
