Emad Abdul-Ghani Sabouni ( ar, عماد عبد الغني الصابوني) (born 1964 in Damascus) is the former Minister of Communications and Technology of Syria. The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for West Asia (ESCWA; ar, الإسكوا) is one of five regional commissions under the jurisdiction of the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
