Em Magan
''Em Magan'' () is a 2006 Indian Tamil-language family drama film written and directed by Thirumurugan. Bharath, Gopika, and Nassar played the lead roles, while Vadivelu, Saranya Ponvannan, and Gajala appeared in supporting roles. The music was composed by Vidyasagar with cinematography by Sevilo Raja and editing by Jeyakumar. Upon release on 7 September 2006, the film met with positive critical reception. It was remade in Kannada as ''Puthra''. Plot Thirumalai ( Nassar) owns a provision store in Karaikudi and lives with his family consisting of his wife Selvi (Saranya Ponvannan), wife's younger brother 'Karupatti' Ayyakannu (Vadivelu), son Krishnan ( Bharath), and daughter. Thirumurugan (director)
Thirumurugan is an Indian Tamil language, Tamil film and television director. He holds a Guinness World Record for the longest continuous camera shot. Career Thirumurugan, a Kollywood director, began his career on television in Doordarshan with the teleserial ''Gokulam Colony''. He then directed and acted in ''Metti Oli''. His entry into the Kollywood film industry was with ''Em Magan'' (2006), which was also much talked about. After the success of ''Em Magan'', he partnered with actor Bharath, in a film titled ''Muniyandi Vilangial Moonramandu''. He also directed the drama, ''Nadhaswaram (TV series), Nadhaswaram'' where he also played the role of the lead actor. Rajyalakshmi Chandu, better known by her stage name Sankarabharanam Rajyalakshmi (born 18 December 1964) is an Indian actress. Yugabharathi
Yugabharathi is a Tamil poet and lyricist. His birth name was "Santhanam Desan" and he was known as "Santhanam" by his family and friends. During the early 1990s when he began writing poems for magazines he started using the pen name "Yugabharathi" in honour of the great Tamil poet Subramanya Bharathi, commonly known as Mahakavi Bharithiyar. Karthik (born 7 November 1980) is an Indian playback singer and composer. Karthik started his professional singing career as a backing vocalist and has since been working as a playback singer.
