Ellis Longstaff
Ellis Longstaff (born 5 July 2002) is a former professional rugby league footballer who played as a forward for the Featherstone Rovers in the RFL Championship. He has played for the England Knights at international level. He has previously spent time on loan from Warrington at the Newcastle Thunder in the Betfred Championship and Hull FC in the Super League. Career Longstaff is a product of the Elite Rugby Academy and is the first individual of the academy to go professional since its initial launch in 2012. Longstaff has previously played for Kippax Welfare ARLFC and was part of the youth development program at the Wigan club. Pontefract
Pontefract is a historic market town in the Metropolitan Borough of Wakefield in West Yorkshire, England, east of Wakefield and south of Castleford. The Magic Weekend (known as the Dacia Magic Weekend for sponsorship reasons) is an annual event organised by the Rugby Football League in which an entire round of Super League matches is played over a weekend at a single stadium to promote the sport of rugby league. The first event was held at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff in 2007, and subsequent events have taken place at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh; the Etihad Stadium, Manchester; St James' Park, Newcastle, and Anfield, Liverpool. Hull Kingston Rovers
Hull Kingston Rovers are a professional rugby league club based in Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire, England, that competes in the Super League, the top tier of British rugby league. The club has won five league championships, and one Challenge Cup. Formed in 1882, the club joined the Northern Rugby Football Union in 1897.
