Elliot Cadeau
Elliot Cadeau (born September 4, 2004) is an American-Swedish basketball player for the North Carolina Tar Heels men's basketball, North Carolina Tar Heels. Standing at tall, he plays the point guard position. He was a consensus five-star college recruiting, recruit and was one of the top players in the 2024 recruiting class before reclassification (education), reclassifying to 2023 to head to Chapel Hill a season early. Born in the United States, he represents Sweden internationally. Early life Cadeau was born in Brooklyn, Brooklyn, New York, and raised in West Orange, New Jersey. His father, James, is Haitian while his mother, Michelle, is Swedish, hailing from Skåne. The Nike Elite Youth Basketball League, also known as Nike EYBL, or simply EYBL, is a basketball circuit for teams of players aged 17 and under. The circuit was founded in 2010 and is composed of AAU travel teams. Both boys and girls play in the EYBL in their respective categories.
