Ellie Leek
Ellie Leek (born 21 January 1995) is a Welsh professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Stoke City. Club career Leek started her career at Bristol Academy Women's (now known as Bristol City), however only ever featured as a substitute after coming through the centre of excellence as a teenager. Ellie played for four years in the United States playing for Auburn University, before taking the trip to French side Le Havre AC who play their games in the Division 2 Féminine. She then returned to England as Leek featured for Charlton Athletic W.F.C before joining Lewes L.F.C in 2019. Ellie Leek signed for Blackburn Rovers in 2021 after leaving Lewes L.F.C at the end of the FA Women's Championship 20/21 season. Torfaen (; cy, Torfaen ) is a county borough in the south-east of Wales. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. Stonewall's Rainbow Laces Campaign
Stonewall's Rainbow Laces Campaign is an annual event in support of the LGBTQ+ community and the support of increasing diversity in sports across the world. The campaign was started in 2013 and has been promoted by the biggest sports in the world from men's and women's association football to wheelchair rugby. Stonewall have support from a group called TeamPride. TeamPride consists of Adidas, Aon, Aviva, Barclays, eBay, Manchester United, the Premier League, Sky Sports and Visa. Stonewall promise to give individuals the confidence and support them to strive towards their dreams. The Women's Championship (formerly The FA Women's Championship) is the second-highest division of women's football in England. The division was established in 2014 as the FA Women's Super League 2 (WSL 2).
