Ella Holm Bull
Ella Holm Bull, (12 October 1929 – 21 September 2006) was a Southern Sámi teacher and author, dedicated to promoting the Southern Sami language for many years. Together with Knut Bergsland, she created an orthography for Southern Sámi in 1974, which is called the Bergsland-Bull orthography in their honor. Holm Bull received numerous awards for her work on Southern Sámi, including the first-ever Gollegiella Award in 2004. Saami Council
The Saami Council ( se, Sámiráđđi; smj, Sámeráde; sma, Saemienraerie; smn, Sämirääđi; sms, Sääʹmsuåvtõs; sjd, Са̄мь Соббар; sje, Sámerárre) is a voluntary, non-governmental organization of the Sámi people made up of nine Sámi member organizations from Finland, Norway, Russia, and Sweden. Since the founding of the Nordic Saami Council in 1956, among the first indigenous peoples' organizations, the Saami Council has actively dealt with Sámi public policy tasks. In 1992, when Russian Sámi groups joined the council, "Nordic" was removed from the council's name. The secretary was previously sited in both Helsinki and Utsjoki, Finland, but is now in Kárášjohka, Norway. Nord-Trøndelag (; "North Trøndelag") was a county constituting the northern part of the present-day Trøndelag county in Norway. The county was established in 1804 when the old Trondhjems amt was divided into two: Nordre Trondhjems amt and Søndre Trondhjems amt. Frode Fjellheim
Frode Fjellheim (born 27 August 1959 in Mussere) is a Southern Saami yoiker and musician (piano and synthesizer) from Norway. He is best known for his band Transjoik and as the composer of the 2002 song "Eatnemen Vuelie", which was later adapted to become the opening musical number of '' Frozen''. Fjellheim was raised in Gausdal and Karasjok, and is of South Sámi origin. Career Fjellheim was educated at the Classical program at Trøndelag Musikkonservatorium (1980–84). He lives in Trondheim, where he is a freelance musician and composer. He has been involved in productions at Trøndelag Teater and Rikskonsertene.
