Ella Reseigh Chandler (born 19 October 2000) is an English cricketer who currently plays for Hampshire Women cricket team, Hampshire. She plays as a right-handed Batting (cricket), batter as well as Bowling (cricket), bowling occasional right-arm off spin, off break. She has previously played for Southern Vipers, as well as spending one season playing for Canterbury Magicians, Canterbury in 2019/20. Early life Chandler was born on 19 October 2000 in Frimley, Surrey. She attended Farnham_Heath_End_School, Farnham Heath End secondary school. She is currently training to become a paramedic. Domestic career Chandler made her county debut in 2016, for Hampshire Women cricket team, Hampshire against Leicestershire Women cricket team, Leicestershire, in which she scored her maiden county half-century, hitting 58. Frimley
Frimley is a town in the Borough of Surrey Heath in Surrey, England, approximately southwest of central London. The town is of Saxon origin, although it is not listed in Domesday Book of 1086. Train services to Frimley (on the line between Ascot and Aldershot), are operated by South Western Railway. History The name ''Frimley'' is derived from the Saxon name ''Fremma's Lea'', which means "Fremma's clearing". The land was owned by Chertsey Abbey from 673 to 1537 and was a farming village. 2017 Women's County Championship
The 2017 Women's County One-Day Championship was the 21st cricket Women's County Championship season. It ran from April to August and saw 33 county teams and teams representing Scotland, Wales and the Netherlands compete in a series of divisions. Lancashire Women won the County Championship as winners of the top division with Yorkshire finishing runners-up. This was Lancashire's first Championship, and their victory saw them complete the double, after winning the Twenty20 Cup earlier in the season. The tournament ran alongside the 2017 Women's Twenty20 Cup, and followed by the 2017 Women's Cricket Super League, a professional tournament competed for by franchise teams. Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps. The batting side scores runs by striking the ball bowled at one of the wickets with the bat and then running between the wickets, while the bowling and fielding side tries to prevent this (by preventing the ball from leaving the field, and getting the ball to either wicket) and dismiss each batter (so they are "out"). The 2021 Charlotte Edwards Cup, initially named the 2021 Women's Regional T20, was the first edition of the Charlotte Edwards Cup, an English women's cricket Twenty20 domestic competition took place between 26 June and 5 September 2021. South East Stars are a women's cricket team that represent the London & South East region, one of eight regional hubs in English domestic women's cricket. They play their home matches at various grounds, including the County Cricket Ground, Beckenham. They are captained by Bryony Smith and coached by Johann Myburgh. The Central Hinds are the women's representative cricket team of the Central Districts Cricket Association, based in central New Zealand. The Hallyburton Johnstone Shield is the premier domestic women's one-day cricket competition in New Zealand. The tournament began in 1935–36, as a first-class competition, but is now played as a 50-over competition, with six provincial teams taking part: Auckland, Canterbury, Central Districts, Northern Districts, Otago and Wellington.
