Elizabeth Rose (nun)
Elizabeth Rose was a Benedictine nun at Chelles Abbey, Chelles, France. She founded the convent of Sainte-Marie-du-Rozoy, near Courtenay, Loiret, Courtenay, Loiret, France, and served as its first abbess. Elizabeth Rose, Lady Of Kilravock
Elizabeth Rose, 19th Baroness of Kilravock (8 March 1747 – 1 November 1815) was an eighteenth-century Scottish literary critic and author. Life Elizabeth Rose was born on 8 March 1747 in Kilravock, Scotland. She was the daughter of Hugh Rose, 17th Baron of Kilravock, and Elizabeth Clephane. She was educated with her brothers, and entirely by men.  She played the violin like her male counterparts with the instrument supported against her shoulder. Her uncle, John Clephane, advised her ‘‘Reading and writing and playing on the spinet is all very well …The two first deserve great application. Elizabeth Maniscalco, better known by her stage name Elizabeth Rose, is an Australian electronica DJ, record producer and singer-songwriter. Her first single, "Ready", was released in January 2012 to good reviews, with Radar Music marking her as one of the "20 Aussie Indie Bands to Watch in 2012". Elizabeth now goes under the alias 'Brux' and is signed to Dim Mak Records. In September 2013, Elizabeth Rose was announced the winner of the Qantas Spirit of Youth Music Award. In October 2013, Elizabeth Rose toured Australia in support of her debut EP ''The Good Life''. In 2015, Elizabeth Rose teamed up with Australian Marriage Equality (AME) to release the song "Division", which addresses the issue of marriage equality in Australia. Elizabeth Rose (academic)
Elizabeth Louise Rose is an American academic, and is Professor in Business Policy and Strategy at the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur. Rose's research focuses on international business, covering topics such as how small and medium size enterprises internationalise, and how firms compete across borders. Academic career Rose completed a Bachelor of Science in Engineering at Princeton University, followed by a Master of Science in Engineering, a Master of Statistics and a PhD in business administration at the University of Michigan. Rose worked as a production engineer for Ford Motor Company before moving into academia, lecturing at University of Southern California, University of Auckland and Victoria University of Wellington. She was appointed Professor of International Business at Aalto University in Finland and then joined the faculty of the University of Otago in 2013.
