Elite Model Look
Elite Model Look (formerly known as Look of the Year from 1983 to 1995) is a yearly fashion modeling event held by Elite Model Management, an international model management group. It is used to discover and launch female fashion models in the international fashion marketplace, like the similar Ford Models' Ford Models Supermodel of the World, Supermodel of the World contest. Each year the contest attracts some 350,000 participants from roughly 70 countries in the world, with castings held in over 800 cities. Contestants, between the ages of 14 and 26, compete in local contests for a chance to represent their country in the world final. María Inés Rivero (born 7 June 1975) is an Argentine model. She was discovered at 14 years old. She rose to prominence through her work as a Victoria’s Secret Angel and was shown on the covers of ''Elle'', ''Vogue'', ''Cosmopolitan'', ''Fashion'', ''Marie Claire'', and ''Mirabella'' throughout different countries. Early life and family Rivero was born in Argentina. She was raised in the town Cordoba, Argentina. Her mother enrolled her into a modeling school when she was a young girl. Rolene Strauss
Rolene Strauss (born 22 April 1992) is a South African beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss South Africa 2014 and was later crowned Miss World 2014. She is the third South African woman to be crowned Miss World, after Penelope Anne Coelen in 1958 and Anneline Kriel in 1974. Strauss is currently the chairperson of the non-profit organization The Strauss Foundation. Personal life Strauss was a medical student at the University of the Free State. Miriam Odemba
Miriam Odemba (born 1983) (from Arusha, Tanzania) is a Tanzanian model. She started her modeling career at an early age and gained fame when she won the Miss Temeke title in 1997. The following year at age of 15 she took part at Miss East Africa 1998 and in the modeling competition M-Net Face of Africa 1998 becoming a runner up. She later participated at Elite Model Look 1999 contest and Miss Earth 2008 where she was crowned as Miss Earth – Air 2008. At 13, her life was tough and her parents had to move to their uncle.
