Elisabeth Enger
Elisabeth Enger (born 1 July 1958) is a Norwegian civil servant, from August 2008 director of the Norwegian National Rail Administration. She was a bureaucrat in Akershus County Municipality from 1980 to 1982, and then consultant and later chief administrative officer (''rådmann'') in Skodje municipality from 1983 to 1989. She then worked as a director in Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities. She returned as chief administrative officer in Lier from 1994 to 2001 and Bærum from 2001 to 2008. The Norwegian National Rail Administration ( no, Jernbaneverket) was a government agency responsible for owning, maintaining, operating and developing the Norwegian railway network, including the track, stations, classification yards, traffic management and timetables. Akershus County Municipality
Akershus County Municipality ( no, Akershus fylkeskommune) was the regional governing administration of the old Akershus county in Norway. The county municipality was established in its most recent form on 1 January 1976 when the law was changed to allow elected county councils in Norway. The county municipality was dissolved on 1 January 2020, when Akershus was merged with the neighboring counties of Buskerud and Østfold, creating the new Viken county which is led by the Viken County Municipality. Skodje (''pronunciation'': kɔʏəor køʏə is a former municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It was part of the Sunnmøre region. The administrative centre was the village of Skodje. Lier is a municipality in Viken county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Lierbyen.
