Elizjah Johnson Scott (born April 19, 1999) is an American professional basketball player for MBK Handlová of the Slovak Basketball League (SBL). He played college basketball for the Loyola Marymount Lions of the West Coast Conference (WCC). High school career Scott attended Upland High School in Upland, California before transferring to Chino Hills High School in Chino Hills, California for his sophomore season. He was ruled ineligible for his first year by the CIF Southern Section. As a junior, he started alongside Lonzo Ball, LaMelo Ball, LiAngelo Ball and Onyeka Okongwu, helping Chino Hills achieve a 35–0 record and win the CIF Open Division state title. LaMelo LaFrance Ball (born August 22, 2001) is an American professional basketball player for the Charlotte Hornets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The 2022 West Coast Conference men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the West Coast Conference (WCC) during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The tournament was held during March 3–8, 2022, at the Orleans Arena in Paradise, Nevada. In basketball, a double-double is a single-game performance in which a player accumulates ten or more in two of the following five statistical categories: points, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocked shots. The ''CU Independent'' is the student-run news publication for the University of Colorado Boulder. It has been digital-only since 2006, when it became one of the first major college newspapers to drop its print edition. The website has a staff of about 60 students serving as editors, reporters, and photographers. Most are journalism majors, but students from other majors also contribute. The students update the online edition with new content at least once a day during the fall and spring semesters. The website serves desktop and laptop computers as well as smartphones and other mobile devices. There are about 20 section editors who assign stories to reporters and work with the visual staff to produce photographs, videos, and graphics.
