Eldar Einarson
Eldar Einarson (born May 8, 1947) is a Norwegians, Norwegian filmmaker and writer. Family Eldar Einarson is the son of the illustrator Odd Einarson and the brother of the filmmaker Oddvar Einarson. Career After completing his machinist's exam, he quit his career as a sailor at the end of the 1960s to start as a stagehand and actor at Club 7, Scene 7 and the Riksteatret, National Traveling Theater. From 1972 to 1982 he produced over thirty documentaries for NRK. In feature films, he has worked as a camera operator, recording manager, production manager, producer, screenwriter, and director. From 1982 to 1985, Einarson was associated with Christiania Bank's film company Movieteam, and he produced films and videos for the business world. In 1975, he made his debut as a feature film director with ''Faneflukt'' based on his own original screenplay. This was followed by ''Kosmetikkrevolusjonen'' (1977) and ''Pakketur til Paradis'' (1980), and finally ''For dagene er onde'' (1991). H ...

Odd Einarson
Odd Einarson (originally ''Odd Einarsen'', June 21, 1910 – October 6, 1991) was a Norwegian caricaturist and illustrator. Family Einarson was born in Bergen, the son of Petrus Johan Einarson and Oline Olsen. He was the father of the filmmakers Oddvar Einarson and Eldar Einarson. Education Einarson studied art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich under the illustrator Olaf Gulbransson in 1932 and at the Norwegian National Academy of Fine Arts under Søren Onsager in 1940. Artistic work Einarson produced both paintings and satirical drawings, and he was connected with the Brochmann movement, endorsed by the magazine '' Alternativt Samfunn''. Together with his fellow illustrator Ernst Berentsen, he published the socially critical cartoon book ''Du slette tid'' in 1935, and after the Second World War he published, among other things, the magazines ''Trollspeilet'' and ''§ 100''. Plot In 1941, the young kitchen maid Liv meets the German non-commissioned officer Franz while she is working in the non-commissioned officer's mess. This is a relationship that their environment, and especially Liv's father, cannot accept, and they decide to flee to Sweden. What Liv does not know is that Franz is already married in Germany.
