Elberta is a town in Baldwin County, Alabama, United States. At the 2010 census the population was 1,498, up from 552 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Daphne-Fairhope-Foley metropolitan area. Geography Elberta is located in southern Baldwin County. U.S. Route 98 (State Avenue) passes through the center of the town, leading west to Foley and east to Lillian, at the Florida border. Elberta, Michigan
Elberta is a village in Benzie County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 372 at the 2010 census. The village located in the east of Gilmore Township, on the south side of Lake Betsie, which is formed by the Betsie River before flowing into Lake Michigan. The village is on M-22 just south of Frankfort. M-168, previously one of the shortest state highways in Michigan, extended from a junction with M-22 in downtown Elberta to the former Ann Arbor Railroad ferry docks in Elberta. Elberta was first settled in 1855 and incorporated as South Frankfort in 1894. It was renamed Elberta in 1911 for the local Elberta peach. The village's founder is said to be George M. Cartwright. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 United States census, 2020 census. The CDP is in central Blair County, in the southern end of Tyrone Township, Blair County, Pennsylvania, Tyrone Township. It is at the headwaters of Sinking Run, in a valley between two arms of Brush Mountain (Blair County, Pennsylvania), Brush Mountain. Sinking Run flows northeast into Sinking Valley and joins the Little Juniata River at the northeastern end of Tyrone Township. Kettle Road is the only through road in Elberta. It leads west through the Kettle Creek water gap in Brush Mountain to Altoona, Pennsylvania, Altoona, while to the northeast it leads through Sinking Valley to Pennsylvania Route 453. Elberta, Utah
Elberta is a census-designated place (CDP) in Utah County, Utah, United States. It is part of the Provo–Orem Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 256 at the 2010 census. It was founded as Mt. Nebo. After the water failed in 1901, most of the early settlers moved away. It was purchased by Matthew B. Whitney, a native of New York, on November 7, 1907, and he renamed it "Elberta" after the peach cultivar. Geography Elberta is located near the center of Goshen Valley along U.S. Route 6, three miles west of Goshen. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of , of which is land and , or 0.20%, is water.
