Elbert Sie
Alexander Elbert Sie (born 6 September 1987), known as Elbert Sie, is an Indonesian former professional tennis player. After retiring he became a national representative in the sport of soft tennis. Biography Sporting career Born in Bandung, Sie had a best junior world ranking of 63 and appeared in the boys' singles main draw at Wimbledon, before competing professionally at ITF Futures level from 2006 to 2013. Sie reached a career high singles world ranking on the professional tour of 687 and won three Futures doubles titles. At ATP Challenger Level, he made one attempt to qualify, in Bangkok in 2012. Unfortunately, in the first qualifying round, Sie had to retire against Hsin-Han Lee whilst leading 6-2 0-1. As a result, he has never lost a completed set at this level. 2019 Southeast Asian Games
The 2019 Southeast Asian Games, officially known as the 30th Southeast Asian Games, or the 30th SEA Games, and commonly known as Philippines 2019, was the 30th edition of the Southeast Asian Games, a biennial regional multi-sport event which was held in the Philippines from 30 November to 11 December 2019. However, due to a narrow calendar, some sports started before the opening ceremony as early as November 24. BTV, formerly known as Q Channel, QTV and BeritaSatu (literally translated as ''NewsOne'') is an Indonesian digital free-to-air news network owned by B Universe. The channel is the first Indonesia-based pay television channel. Edi Kusdaryanto
Edi Kusdaryanto (born 9 May 1975) is an Indonesian former professional tennis player. He represented Indonesia in the Davis Cup and made an ATP Tour main draw appearance in the doubles of the 1996 Indonesia Open. Kusdaryanto featured in the doubles rubber in four Davis Cup ties and was unbeaten. On his Davis Cup debut in 1996 he partnered with Suwandi, to a win over South Korea's Chang Eui-jong and Lee Hyung-taik. For his three other rubbers, across 1999 and 2000, he teamed up with Hendri Susilo Pramono. Later in his career he took up the sport of soft tennis and had success in regional competitions. He won three gold medals in soft tennis at the 2011 Southeast Asian Games and was the singles silver medalist at the 2014 Asian Games. The Davis Cup is the premier international team event in men's tennis. It is run by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and is contested annually between teams from competing countries in a knock-out format. It is described by the organisers as the "World Cup of Tennis", and the winners are referred to as the World Champion team. The competition began in 1900 as a challenge between Great Britain and the United States. By 2016, 135 nations entered teams into the competition. Antara is an Indonesian news agency organized as a statutory corporation. It is the country's national news agency, supplying news reports to many domestic media organizations. It is the only organization authorized to distribute news materials created by foreign news agencies. The news agency was founded in 1937, when the country was still a colony in the Dutch Empire, by independence activists dissatisfied with the lack of local coverage by the Dutch-owned Aneta news agency. The ITF World Tennis Tour (formerly known as the ''ITF Men's World Tennis Tour'', and previously ''ITF Men's Circuit'') is a series of professional tennis tournaments held around the world that are organized by the International Tennis Federation. The Championships, Wimbledon
The Wimbledon Championships, commonly known simply as Wimbledon, is the oldest tennis tournament in the world and is widely regarded as the most prestigious. It has been held at the All England Club in Wimbledon, London, since 1877 and is played on outdoor grass courts, with retractable roofs over the two main courts since 2019. Wimbledon is one of the four Grand Slam tennis tournaments, the others being the Australian Open, the French Open, and the US Open.
