Elasti-Girl (also known as Elasti-Woman) is a superheroine appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, primarily as a member of the Doom Patrol. Created by writer Arnold Drake and artist Bruno Premiani, the character first appeared in ''My Greatest Adventure'' #80 (June 1963). Elasti-Girl has appeared in numerous cartoon television shows and films. She made her first live-action appearance on the DC Universe and HBO Max series ''Titans'', played by April Bowlby, who reprised the role for the series ''Doom Patrol''. Publication history Elasti-Girl was created by Arnold Drake and Bruno Premiani. She first appeared in ''My Greatest Adventure'' #80 (June 1963). Doom Patrol
Doom Patrol is a superhero team from DC Comics. The original Doom Patrol first appeared in ''My Greatest Adventure'' #80 (June 1963), and was created by writers Arnold Drake and Bob Haney, along with artist Bruno Premiani. Doom Patrol has appeared in different incarnations in multiple comics, and have been adapted to other media. Although not one of the most popular superhero teams, they have never been out of print for more than a few years since their introduction. The series' creator and fans have suspected that Marvel Comics copied the basic concept to create the X-Men, which debuted a few months later, but other fans also speculate that they share similarities with another Marvel superhero team, the Fantastic Four. Doom Patrol (TV Series)
''Doom Patrol'' is an American superhero television series developed by Jeremy Carver. Based on the DC Comics superhero team of the same name, the series features Jane ( Diane Guerrero), Rita Farr (April Bowlby), Vic Stone (Joivan Wade), Larry Trainor (Matt Bomer / Matthew Zuk), Cliff Steele (Brendan Fraser / Riley Shanahan), and Chief (Timothy Dalton) as the members of the eponymous Doom Patrol. Although Bowlby, Bomer, and Fraser reprise their roles from the series ''Titans'', the two shows are set in separate continuities. The series premiered on February 15, 2019, exclusively for the DC Universe streaming service. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actress and model. She is known for portraying Kandi on the CBS comedy series ''Two and a Half Men'' (2006–2015), Stacy Barrett on ''Drop Dead Diva'' (2009–2014), and Rita Farr on ''Titans'' (2018) and ''Doom Patrol'' (2019–present). Mento is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Mento appeared in his first live adaptation on the first season of the ''Doom Patrol'' television series for DC Universe played by Will Kemp and Dave Bielawski. Publication history Mento first appeared in ''Doom Patrol'' #91 (November 1964) and was created by Arnold Drake and Bruno Premiani.
