Elara (mythology)
In Greek mythology, Elara , Elare or Alera (Ancient Greek: Ἐλάρα, Ἐλάραη or Ἀλέρα), also called Larissa, was a mortal princess, the daughter of King Orchomenus and mother of the giant Tityos by Zeus. In some accounts, she was described as the daughter of Minyas instead. Myth Zeus fell in love with Elara and hid her from his wife Hera's jealous rage by placing her deep beneath the Earth. This was where she gave birth to Tityos, a giant who is sometimes said to be the son of Gaia, the Earth goddess, for the reason being an earth-born (γηγενής ''gigenis'' "native") and brought up under the earth. It is further added that Elara died in labour because of the enormous size of her baby. The cave through which Tityos was believed to have come to the surface of Earth was located on Euboea and referred to as ''Elarion''.Strabo, ''Geography'', 9. 3. 15 Eponymy One moon of Jupiter is named Elara. Elara (moon)
Elara is a prograde irregular satellite of Jupiter. It was discovered by Charles Dillon Perrine at Lick Observatory in 1905 in photographs taken with the 36" Crossley reflecting telescope which he had recently rebuilt. It is the eighth-largest moon of Jupiter and is named after Elara, one of Zeus's lovers and the mother of the giant Tityos. Elara did not receive its present name until 1975; before then, it was simply known as . It was sometimes called "Hera" between 1955 and 1975. It has a mean radius of just , thus it is 2% of the size of Europa. However, it is half the size of Himalia, so it is the second-biggest moon in the Himalia group. It might be a captured type C or D asteroid, for it reflects very little light. Elara belongs to the Himalia group, moons orbiting between 11 and 13  gigametres from Jupiter at an inclination of about 27.5°. Its orbital elements are as of January 2000. They are continuously changing due to solar and planetary perturbations. Disc ...

Elara (timeshare)
Elara (formerly PH Towers) is a 52-story timeshare building at 80 East Harmon Avenue in Paradise, Nevada, located behind the Planet Hollywood resort that operates on the Las Vegas Strip. After two projects failed to materialize on the property, Robert Earl and David A. Siegel partnered in 2005 to develop a hotel and timeshare project known as PH Towers. Groundbreaking took place in January 2006, and the tower was topped off in July 2008. The $660 million project opened in December 2009, but plans for additional towers were cancelled. When it opened, the tower featured 1,201 units, approximately 200 of which would be used as timeshares, while the remainder would be used as hotel rooms for the Planet Hollywood resort. The tower was owned by Siegel's Westgate Resorts, while Earl's Planet Hollywood International, Inc. marketed the tower and handled operations. Harrah's Entertainment purchased the Planet Hollywood resort in 2010, and took over marketing and operations of PH Towers. ...

Ellalan
Ellalan ( ta, எல்லாளன், translit=Ellāḷaṉ; si, එළාර, translit=Eḷāra) was a member of the Tamil Chola dynasty, also known as "Manu Needhi Cholan", who upon capturing the throne became king of the Anuradhapura Kingdom, in present-day Sri Lanka, from 205 BCE to 161 BCE. Ellalan is traditionally presented as being a just king even by the "'Sinhalese'". The Mahavamsa states that he ruled 'with even justice toward friend and foe, on occasions of disputes at law, and elaborates how he even ordered the execution of his son for killing a calf under his chariot wheels. Ellalan is a peculiar figure in the history of Sri Lanka and one with particular resonance given the past ethnic strife in the country. Although he was an invader, he is often regarded as one of Sri Lanka's wisest and most just monarchs, as highlighted in the ancient Sinhalese Pali chronicle, the '' Mahavamsa''. According to the chronicle, even Ellalan's nemesis Dutugamunu had a great resp ...

Soundtrack For The Voices In My Head Vol
A soundtrack is recorded music accompanying and synchronised to the images of a motion picture, drama, book, television program, radio program, or video game; a commercially released soundtrack album of music as featured in the soundtrack of a film, video, or television presentation; or the physical area of a film that contains the synchronised recorded sound. In movie industry terminology usage, a sound track is an audio recording created or used in film production or post-production. Initially, the dialogue, sound effects, and music in a film each has its own separate track (''dialogue track'', ''sound effects track'', and '' music track''), and these are mixed together to make what is called the ''composite track,'' which is heard in the film. A ''dubbing track'' is often later created when films are dubbed into another language. This is also known as an M&E (music and effects) track. M&E tracks contain all sound elements minus dialogue, which is then supplied by the ...
