El Intermedio
''El Intermedio'' (''The Intermission'' in Spanish) is a news satire television program produced by ''Globomedia'' (a Spanish TV producer) and broadcast in ''La Sexta''. It is the work of Miguel Sánchez Romero, who is the responsible of the creation of several successful TV programs such as ''El club de la comedia'', ''Noche Hache'' or ''59 segundos'' The program is hosted, since its beginnings, by José Miguel Monzón (El Gran Wyoming), and co-hosted by Beatriz Montañez from 2006 to 2011 and since then by Sandra Sabatés. It is aired on access prime-time, from 9.30 pm, four days a week on Spain's nationwide channel laSexta. Currently it has nine main collaborators: Sandra Sabatés- (co-presenter), Thais Villas, Dani Mateo, Joaquín Reyes, Guillermo Fesser, Álvaro Carmona, Iván Lagarto, Manuel Burque, Andrea Ropero and Sara Escudero. Cristina Peña
Cristina Peña Raigal (born 27 July 1976) is a Spanish stage, film, and television actress. Biography She studied at the Juan Carlos Corazza school. She began in the interpretation with small roles on films and TV series (''Manos a la obra'', ''Médico de familia'' or ''El comisario''). Her first major role was as the protagonist in the 2001 short film ''Dame cambio''. José Miguel Monzón Navarro (15 May 1955, Madrid), better known as El Gran Wyoming (''The Great Wyoming''), Wyoming or Guayo, is a Spanish television presenter, actor, musician, director and humorist. He graduated in Medicine and was a doctor in the town of Buitrago del Lozoya for a short period of time. He has hosted several programs such as '' Silencio se juega'' (1984), '' La noche se mueve'' (1992) and '' El peor programa de la semana'' (1993). Juan Luis Galiardo Comes (2 March 1940 – 22 June 2012) was a Spanish television, theater and film actor. Life The eldest of six children, Juan Luis Galiardo Comes was born in San Roque, Cádiz, but spent most of his childhood and youth in Badajoz, where his father had moved following working opportunities.
