El Fraile (Sierra Del Cabo De Gata)
El Fraile, Cerro del Fraile, Cerro de los Frailes or Pico del los Frailes is the highest peak in the coastal range of the ''Sierra del Cabo de Gata'' in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. Like the rest of the range the peak is of volcanic origin. The last eruption dates about 8 million years ago. The summit can be reached by a cross-country hike. Fort Drum (El Fraile Island)
Fort Drum, also known as El Fraile Island ( tl, Pulo ng El Fraile), is a heavily fortified island situated at the mouth of Manila Bay in the Philippines, due south of Corregidor, Corregidor Island. Nicknamed a "concrete battleship", the reinforced concrete sea fort, shaped like a battleship, was built by the United States in 1909 as one of the Harbor Defenses of Manila and Subic Bays, harbor defenses at the wider South Channel entrance to the Bay during the History of the Philippines (1898–1946), American colonial period. It was unique among forts built by the United States between the American Civil War and early World War II, as it was a sea fort with turrets. Nevado El Fraile also called ''Incahuasi Chico'' () (''the Friar'') is a volcanic mountain in the Andes of Chile. It sits at the border of Argentina ( Catamarca Province, Fiambala) and Chile (City and Province of Copiapó). Along with numerous other volcanic peaks in the region, including Ojos del Salado, the highest volcano in the world, it is part of the Central Volcanic Zone. The closest higher peak is Incahuasi, which is to the east. First Ascent Fraile was first climbed by Anders Bolinder (Sweden) January 2, 1956.
