The Alberche is a river in the provinces of Ávila, Madrid and Toledo, central Spain. It begins its course at 1,800 m in Fuente Alberche, San Martín de la Vega del Alberche municipal term, Ávila Province. It forms the natural division between the Sierra de Gredos and the Sierra de Guadarrama, in the Sistema Central. El Tiemblo
El Tiemblo is a municipality located in the province of Ávila, Castile and León, Spain. According to the 2012 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 4,461 inhabitants, and covers an area of about 75 km2. Location El Tiemblo is located in the valley of the river Alberche, between the reservoirs of El Burguillo and of San Juan, next to the smaller reservoir of El Charco del Cura. The neighbouring municipalities are El Barraco, Cebreros, San Martin de Valdeiglesias, Casillas and Navahondilla. El Tiemblo is on the southern slopes of the Sierra de Gredos mountain range. Ávila () is a province of central-western Spain, in the southern part of the autonomous community of Castile and León. It is bordered on the south by the provinces of Toledo and Cáceres, on the west by Salamanca, on the north by Valladolid, and on the east by Segovia and Madrid.
