Ekrem Memnun
Ekrem Memnun (born 16 July 1969) is a Turkish basketball Head coach. He is the current head coach of Çukurova Basketbol of the Women's Basketball Super League. Coaching career Ekrem Memnun started his coaching career in the Galatasaray youth team in 1988. After serving as assistant coach of women's team and in charge of infrastructure, Memnun took over Yıldırım Spor in 1992 and stayed there for three years. In 1995, he returned to the Galatasaray Men's Basketball Team as assistant coach and became the head coach of Galatasaray women's basketball team between 1996 and 2002, and in the 1998-1999 season, he and his team won the third place in the Euroleague, one of the greatest achievements in women's basketball up to that date. Basketball coaching is the act of directing and strategizing the behavior of a basketball team or individual basketball player. Basketball coaching typically encompasses the improvement of individual and team offensive and defensive skills, as well as overall physical conditioning. Coaches also have the responsibility to improve their team by player development, strategy, and in-game management. Coaches also teach and inspire their team to be their best. 1998–99 EuroLeague Women
The 1998–99 Euroleague Women was the third edition of the Euroleague era of FIBA's premier international competition for European women's basketball clubs. It ran between 23 September 1998 and 8 April 1999. MBK Ruzomberok won its first title beating former champion Pool Comense in the final, becoming the first (and only to date) Slovak team to win the competition. The 2013–14 season is the 18th edition of Europe's premier basketball tournament for women – EuroLeague Women since it was rebranded to its current format. Oktay Mahmuti ( mk, Октај Махмути; born 6 March 1968) is a Turkish-Macedonian professional basketball coach. Mahmuti is well-known for coaching defense, particularly during his time with Efes and Benetton Treviso. He is currently unemployed. Erman Kunter
Erman Kunter (born 8 October 1956) is a Turkish-French former professional basketball player and coach. He most recently served as head coach of Galatasaray, of the Turkish Basketball Super League (BSL). He is well-known for being the player that scored the most points ever in a single-game of any top-tier level professional basketball league in the world, with 153 points scored in a Turkish Super League game in 1988. Professional playing career During his pro club career, Kunter played with İTÜ, Beşiktaş, Eczacıbaşı, Yenişehir Meysu, Fenerbahçe, and Çukurova Sanayi. The Women's Basketball Super League ( tr, Kadınlar Basketbol Süper Ligi, KBSL), also known as the Herbalife Nutrition Women's Basketball Super League for sponsorship reasons, is the top women's professional basketball division of the Turkish women's basketball league system.
