Ekendra Singh
Ekendra Singh (born 16 June 1957) is a football manager who most recently managed Kenkre FC in the I-League 2nd Division. Coaching career Sporting Clube de Goa In the summer of 2010 Singh signed with then I-League 2nd Division club Sporting Clube de Goa who were just relegated from the I-League after the 2009–10 season. After his first season in charge he led Sporting Goa to second place in the 2011 I-League 2nd Division Final Round and promotion back to the I-League. Kenkre On 1 January 2015, Singh was appointed as head coach of I-League 2nd Division I-League 2, previously known as I-League 2nd Division and officially known as or Hero I-League 2 (for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp), is an Indian men's professional football league. Sporting Clube De Goa
Sporting Clube de Goa, simply known as Sporting Goa (also known by its abbreviation SCG), is an Indian professional football club based in Panaji, in the Indian state of Goa, that competes in Goa Professional League. The club has also competed in the I-League, then top flight of Indian football league system. It is built on the lines of Portuguese club Sporting CP and adopting a similar club crest. Its Futsal section competes in the Futsal Club Championship, top tier futsal club competition of the country. I-League 2, previously known as I-League 2nd Division and officially known as or Hero I-League 2 (for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp), is an Indian men's professional football league. It is the 3rd tier of Indian football, behind Indian Super League and I-League. It operates as a system of promotion with I-League (final qualifying phase of state leagues teams). In 2020, due to COVID-19 pandemic in India, the league format was changed into I-League Qualifiers. To avoid confusion with I-League being the second tier, the league was renamed to I-League 2 by AIFF in 2022. The 2nd Division league was introduced from the 2008 season, having been previously known as the National Football League 2nd Division. Mumbai Kenkre FC (also known as Kenkre Football Club) is an Indian professional association football, football club based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Founded in 2000, the club currently competes in MFA Elite Division of Mumbai Football League, and the I-League.
