Eke Uzoma
Eke Uzoma (born 11 August 1989) is a Nigerian-Hungarian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Viktoria Berlin. Career Uzoma was born in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. He began his professional career with SC Freiburg. His first real impact in the German football world came when he scored a goal against 1. FC Köln on 26 September 2007, in only his fourth match. This goal was voted goal of the week on German football show ''Sportschau'' and was nominated for goal of the month. In 2009, he helped SC Freiburg earn promotion to the Bundesliga. On 24 October 2009, he made his first appearance in the Bundesliga for Freiburg and became the 5,000th player in the history of the Bundesliga. ʻAisake Valu Eke is a Tongan politician and former Cabinet Minister. Eke studied at the University of Southern Queensland in Australia, where he was awarded a PhD for his thesis "An exploratory study on the quality of service in the public sector in Tonga" completed in 2013. A former Secretary for Finance at the Ministry of Finance, he was first elected to the Legislative Assembly at the November 2010 general election as MP for Tongatapu 5. Though close to the Democratic Party of the Friendly Islands, and despite having considered running as a party member, he stood as an independent, taking the seat with 24.1% of the vote and a 63-vote margin; Tongatapu 5 was thus the only constituency on Tongatapu (Tonga's main island) not to be won by the party. Algı Eke (born 16 September 1985) is a Turkish people, Turkish actress. She is best known for :tr:Galip Derviş, Galip Derviş Turkish adaptation of Monk (TV series), Monk. She was born on 16 September 1985 in Istanbul. Her family are originally from Artvin and of Georgian people, Georgian descent. Her parents divorced when she was a child. Frank Adiele Eke (27 June 1931 – 4 January 2013), was a Nigerian medical doctor and politician. Harrison Eke (February 1888 – 30 April 1917) was an English professional footballer who played as an inside-right in the Southern Football League for Southampton. Personal life Eke worked as a milkhand. On 21 September 1914, a month after the outbreak of the First World War, he enlisted in the Royal Fusiliers. Serving as a private, Eke contracted tuberculosis during service and was medically discharged on 7 June 1916. John Wicktor Eke (12 March 1886 – 11 June 1964) was a Swedish long-distance runner who competed at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics. He won a bronze medal in the individual cross country and a gold in the team cross country event. Eke also progressed to the 10000 m final, but decided to withdraw. Michael Eke
Michael Eke (born 1968) is the former employee of Cambridgeshire Police who received an MBE that was later stripped following his conviction for fraud. A native of March, Cambridgeshire, Eke had created bogus events for young children and gained thousands of pounds in National Lottery grants that funded the non-existent schemes. He had received the MBE in 2003, but was first suspected of fraud as part of an RAF (due to his handling of the ATC Squadron he commanded) and subsequent police investigation two years later. Eke had gained false references to get his job as stationery manager, and then stole computers from the police. Eke was found guilty of theft and deception at Norwich Crown Court on 30 August 2006. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison on 3 October, and he was stripped of his MBE on 28 November.
